The construction company i work for got into a last minute bind and needed someone to thread and install pipes for one of our Federal government projects. Scott promptly returned our call, provided his credentials and was on-site in a matter of days. The tech was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. This company just went on our bidder list. They will not return messages for new jobs needed. They put in a tankless water heater well and now I want another one - no return calls.

I had TA Woods service repair and installation on my Navien water system. TA Woods always provides quick and efficient service. The technician Sean Howe has provided unparalleled service on three occasions. Sean is extremely knowledgable, dedication and very personable; you could not ask for a nicer and qualified person. He just finished installing my new Navien water system in a down pouring rain; as he said "we are here to get the job done right the first time". Great service technician and great company that I would highly recommend for all services.

Work was done by unprofessional technicians and leadership is out to make a buck, with no care to the customer. Warranty they offer is only honored at their convenience and time, lucky if you get someone out to you in a month....hands down worst trades company in Wilmington.
